If you are replacing an installed motor, include the current model reference, mounting pattern, shaft details, voltage and whether the machine can accept a driver change. If you are designing a new axis, include the planned controller, number of starts per minute, required holding torque and available panel space. These details help us avoid oversizing and make the recommendation easier for purchasing and maintenance to approve.

For regulated equipment, tell us which documents your quality team expects: ISO 9001:2015 supplier records, CE Machinery or EMC notes, UL 1004 references or a simple test summary. We will flag anything that needs confirmation before purchase order release.
